Forests enhance and protect our water quality. Approximately 66% of the country’s freshwater resources come from forest land. But what happens when our forests are devastated by natural disasters such as wildfire or infestation? There is no replacement for water. We can’t create something to replace water, but we can, and do, plant trees.
